C - Certified Coaching with Care  

My assignment from God is to get HIS people positioned to prosper and ready for the wealth transfer.  So, if you’re not a believer, and you have no desire to become a believer, if you don’t believe in God’s Word, then this is definitely not the course for you.  Everything I say and do in this training comes from God, and I am Called and Certified by God to train His people.  But if you KNOW that God has called you for a kingdom business purpose, then you are right where you need to be.  Look no further.  God has anointed me to help you get to your predestined purpose.

T - Tried and True Training

The difference between coaching and training in the context of consulting lies primarily in their objectives and methodologies. Coaching is a personalized process focused on helping individuals or teams unlock their potential and improve performance through guided self-discovery, goal-setting, and reflection. It emphasizes the client’s perspective and fosters skills such as critical thinking and problem-solving. In contrast, training is typically a structured approach aimed at imparting specific knowledge or skills through instructional methods. It often involves predefined content and a more directive style, where the consultant delivers information and creates standardized outcomes. While both coaching and training are valuable in consulting, they serve different purposes and can be used complementarily to enhance organizational effectiveness.

I - Identity and Revelation 

I John 4:17 says it this way: "As He is, so are we in this world."  You have been created to be a perfect representative of Christ to His world.  We ar to re-present Him to our culture and world.  Our identity isnot in our name, but in His name--our being connected to Him in an intimate relationship and tohave the revelatino f what His death and resurrection purchased for us and our lives.  Revelation: is what separates the "doers" of the Kingdom from everyone else.  There is a "knowing" in you that what God said He will do, He will perform.

O - One on one interactive coaching 

The difference between this coaching and all the others is that, while we will have groups for encouragement, feedback and camaraderie, because I think all of those things are important, we will also have one on one time for coaching and training.  We will walk with you every step of the way until we are assured you  are well on your way to success in your purpose.  This is what make our training DIFFERENT

N - New as in Never done before

As I stated earlier, this coaching is NEW, Different, as in NEVER done before.  Because we literally provide one on one coaching, not a group where we just give you information until you're overwhelmed and after the session, clueless.  We will work with you to ensure you get the work and things necessary for your success done.
